The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Manuel Flores, 44, Lake Placid, was arrested Aug. 1 by ONTF and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell near a park and possession of a controlled substance near a park. Bond was set at $150,000.
• Cornelius Lawton, 38, Port St. Lucie, was arrested Aug. 1 by ONTF and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell near a park. Bond was set at $150,000.
• Bridgett Waldron, 46, Bradenton, was arrested Aug. 1 by OCSO Sgt. Aric Majere and charged with felony violation of probation. She is being held without bond.
• Michael Crum, 46, Southeast 86^th Boulevard, was arrested Aug. 2 by OCSO Deputy J. Fairtrace and charged with aggravated battery. Bond was set at $50,000.
• Maximilliano Mele, 44, Northeast 16^th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 2 by OCPD Officer Garrett Kelly and charged with trafficking in cocaine and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $160,000.
• James Simmons, 57, Southwest 28^th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 2 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Naimah Campbell, 23, Northeast 16^th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 2 by ONTF and charged with sale of cocaine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $120,000.
• Jonathan Stripling, 46, Southeast 59^th Drive, was arrested Aug. 2 by OCSO Deputy D.Wright and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, fleeing law enforcement with lights and siren active and harvesting an endangered plant without a permit. Bond was set at $20,750.
• Justin Douse, 39, Northwest 96^th Court, was arrested Aug. 3 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Trent Duke, 34, Northwest Second Terrace, was arrested Aug. 3 by OCSO Deputy Noah Wenrick and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor. Bond was set at $100,000.
• Joshua Harden, 39, Northeast Ninth Avenue, was arrested Aug. 3 by OCSO Deputy Michael Cauley and charged with eight counts transmitting child pornography. Bond was set at $200,000.
• Alex Wright, 52, Northwest 12^th Street, was arrested Aug. 3 by ONTF and charged with sale of cocaine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $150,000.
• Yashica Allen, 41, South Bay, was arrested Aug. 6 by OCSO Deputy J. Busbin and charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and supplying unlawful food or clothing to an inmate. Bond was set at $140,000.
• Romero Espinoza, 67, Mexico, was arrested Aug. 6 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy. Bond was set at $2,000,000.
• Baldemar Medrano, 26, Southeast 38^th Avenue, was arrested Aug. 6 by ONTF and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, trafficking in cocaine, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and conspiracy. Bond was set at $2,045,000.
• Jose Romero Jr., 32, Northwest Seventh Avenue, was arrested Aug. 6 by ONTF and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, criminal mischief (felony), aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy and hindering communication with law enforcement. Bond was set at $2,025,000.
• Norma Sepulveda, 55, Mexico, was arrested Aug. 6 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy. Bond was set at $2,000,000.
• Harvey Spells, 33, Northwest 42^nd Avenue, was arrested Aug. 6 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana over 20 grams. Bond was set at $2,045,000.
• Elvis Tomas, 28, Stuart, was arrested Aug. 4 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with child neglect, DUI and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $4,000.
• Omar Ayala, 31, Northwest Sixth Avenue, was arrested Aug. 4 by OCSO Deputy Michael Cauley and charged with authority figure soliciting a romantic relationship with a student. Bond was set at $30,000.
• Daniel Cunningham, 30, Magnolia Court, was arrested Aug. 4 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with grand theft auto. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Phideney-Cenael Louis, 22, Southeast 54^th Street, was arrested Aug. 4 by ONTF and charged with introducing contraband into a detention facility, possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Angelo Rosado, 45, Sebastian, was arrested Aug. 4 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with intimidating a witness and violation of pre-trial conditions. Bond was set at $30,500.
