The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.

• Dwayne Ingalls, 43, Okeechobee, was arrested April 28 by SPD and charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Max Johnson, 65, Lakeport, was arrested April 27 by GCSO and charged with two counts lewd and lascivious behavior and one moving traffic violation. Bond was set at $350,000.
• Joshua Kolotka, 33, Moore Haven, was arrested by GCSO on two out-of-county warrants and is being held without bond for Okeechobee County. He was also charged with resisting arrest. Bond was set for $10,000 on that charge.
• Aven Selph, 20, Buckhead Ridge, was arrested April 21 by GCSO and charged with burglary and making a false report. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Da’Tron Smith, 29, Okeechobee, was arrested April 27 by SPD. He is being held without bond for Saint Lucie County. He was charged with battery, criminal mischief, drug possession and violation of probation.
