The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), April 22 through May 5.

• Lee Odom, 36, Clewiston, was arrested April 22 by Deputy R. Flores, Jr. on charges of battery by strangulation, kidnapping and battery.

• Ja’Van Willingham, 35, Clewiston, was arrested April 22 by Deputy B. DiBernardino on charges of resisting officer – obstruction without violence, hit & run – leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and felony probation violation

• Devan Wise, 34, LaBelle, was arrested April 22 by Deputy A. Bell on charges of felony probation violation.

• Victor Bueno, 33, Clewiston, was arrested April 22 by Deputy B. Barrira on charges of felony probation violation.

• Cody Motlaw, 31, Clewiston, was arrested April 22 by Deputy K. Busbin on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, operation of motor vehicle without valid drivers license.

• Jasmine Diaz-Gonzalez, 27, LaBelle, was arrested April 22 by Deputy I. Cadena on felony warrant for grand theft.

• Shawna Billie, 30, Clewiston, was arrested April 22 by Deputy J. Keith on two counts of violation of probation.

• 17-year-old male, Clewiston, was arrested April 23 by Detective K. Rosado on charges of battery by person detained in jail.

• 17-year-old male, Moore Haven, was arrested April 23 by Detective K. Rosado on charges of battery by person detained in jail and petit theft.

• Ashley Seguin, 28, LaBelle, was arrested April 23 by Detective R. Louis-Pierre on charges an outstanding warrant for charges of grand theft and burglary of unoccupied conveyance – unarmed.

• Shomori Butler, 31, Clewiston, was arrested April 23 by Deputy D. Givans on three counts of felony probation violation.

• Joshua Picard, 34, LaBelle, was arrested April 23 by K9 O. Gonzalez on charges of felony possession of controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended/revoked.

• Tiwane King, 30, Belle Glade, was arrested April 24 by Deputy D. Coronilla on charges of possession of marijuana over 20 grams.

• Vanessa Acosta Proano, 41, Miami, was arrested April 24 by Deputy D. Givans for felony failure to appear.

• Jeffrey Scheffler, 63, LaBelle, was arrested April 5 by HCSO Narcotics Unit on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of cocaine, cocaine distribution within 1000 feet of specific area and destruction of evidence.

• Germalyel La’Shawan Jones, 40, LaBelle, was arrested April 25 by Deputy S. Kirkby on charges of felony battery.

• Jeffery Scheffler, 63, LaBelle, was arrested April 26 by HCSO Narcotics Unit on charges of possession of cocaine.

• Roseanna Carncross, 41, Ft. Myers, was arrested April 26 by Deputy D. Reaves on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, petit theft and out of county warrant.

• Jesus Aguilar, 22, LaBelle, was arrested April 26 by Deputy B. Barrira on charges of aggravated battery on pregnant.

• Michkia Tyler, 32, was arrested April 27 by Deputy D. Coronilla on charges of DUI and racing on public roadway.

• Whitfield Mundle, 33, Moore Haven, was arrested April 27 by Deputy K. Busbin on charges of fleeing and eluding, driving while license suspended – habitual offender and obstruction without violence.

• Jeremy Trebbles, 24, Sarasota, was arrested April 27 by Deputy B. Barrira on charges of felony failure to appear and out of county warrant.

• Nathaniel Gelakoska, 31, Lehigh Acres, was arrested April 29 by Deputy D. Givans for felony failure to appear.

• Julian Madrid, 39, Clewiston, was arrested April 30 by Deputy D. Givans for felony probation violation.

• 17-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested April 30 by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of obstruction without violence, destruction of property and petit theft.

• Diane Giron, 43, LaBelle, was arrested May 1 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of possession of cocaine.

• Chris Ocanas, 36, Belle Glade, was arrested May 1 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, driving while license suspended – habitual offender, possession of drug equipment.

• Lawan Johnson, 31, Clewiston, was arrested May 1 by Deputy D. Givans on outstanding warrant for charges of possession o firearm by convicted Florida felon, attempted homicide and use or display of firearm during a felony.

• Timothy Powell, 40, Clewiston, was arrested May 2 by Detective Sgt. R. Krasinskas on outstanding warrant for charges of sexual battery on victim 12 years of age or older.

• Thomas Cherry, 39, LaBelle, was arrested May 3 by K9 Officer O. Gonzalez on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended/revoked – habitual offender and possession of drug equipment.

• Oscar Russ, II, 46, LaBelle, was arrested May 3 by Lt. B. Weaver on outstanding warrant on charges of failure to comply with registration laws.

• Justin Thicklin, 34, Clewiston, was arrested May 3 by Deputy D. Blanco on charges of felony possession of synthetic marijuana.

• James Melton, 34, Clewiston, was arrested May 4 by Detective Sgt. R. Krasinskas on charges of felony armed trespassing and obstruction without violence.
