Super Bowl MVP Santonio Holmes’ Foundation spreads holiday cheer

Posted

PALM BEACH GARDENS — On Dec. 22, Christmas came early to kids and teenagers in Belle Glade as Super Bowl MVP Santonio Holmes donated hundreds of gifts to families in need.

Holmes is using his success on the gridiron and recently kicked off the “10 ALL IN” foundation. The nonprofit organization will bring positive change to the lives of underprivileged kids in communities like Belle Glade, where Holmes was born and raised.

“It means a great deal to see Santonio invest in the lives of children who are growing up in the same area he did. I know this Christmas will be one to remember for them,” said Marcia Andrews, Palm Beach County School Board member from District 6.

“10 All IN” Foundation partnered with United Healthcare and local farmers from U.S. Sugar to purchase the gifts and ensure at-risk teens will be taken care of this Christmas.

“A community is only as great as the people and businesses in it. We can’t thank U.S. Sugar and United Healthcare enough for all they do for us,” said Steve Wilson, mayor of Belle Glade.

“We are so thankful to have community leaders who care and organizations like “10 ALL IN” that give back, it makes all the difference in these kids’ lives,” said State Senator Tina Polsky, (D) 81.

“10 ALL IN” foundation attended the Tri-City family event in Belle Glade where all of the gifts were delivered to families and local teenagers.
