Ramps for Veterans seeking next deserving veteran

OKEECHOBEE — Ramps for Veterans is seeking a disabled veteran who is in need of a ramp and who cannot afford one. Ramps for Veterans builds a ramp for one veteran each month, completely free of charge. This ramp will be built on Feb. 6. Please do not ask for the service if you can afford to pay for your own ramp. Leave it for someone who truly needs the help, said Wade Hunt, founder of Ramps for Veterans. If you would like to help build a ramp or donate supplies or money to buy supplies, contact Hunt at 863-634-8800.
