Hot spot towers installed in downtown parks

Posted
OKEECHOBEE - Thank you to the city of Okeechobee and Florida Engineering Leadership Institute (FELI) Class of 20-21 for Installing the hotspot towers in our downtown parks. Funded by the Cares Act, this will be a project we push to go statewide to bring wifi to those folks in areas where resources and connections are limited.

FELI is a leadership class for those in the Florida Engineering Society (FES) and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) that are the next standard and of the future of the profession.
Thank you all !

Special shout out to Public works director David Allen and Wade Wheeler for all they did as well.

This project will soon be rolling out across the state.
