Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Harley Henderson, 22, Southwest First Street, was arrested Nov. 12 by OCSO and charged with petit theft third or subsequent offense. He was released on his own recognizance.

• David Robinson, 38, Northwest 11th Street, was arrested Nov. 12 by OCSO and charged with battery inmate on inmate. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Randy Salas, 36, Northeast 106th Street, was arrested Nov. 12 by OCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine. Bond was set at $2,500.

• William Bussey, 45, Northeast 12th Street, was arrested Nov. 13 by OPD and charged with petit theft third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Keith McFadden, 58, at large, was arrested Nov. 13 by OPD and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Armando Cruz-Gancerez, 19, Northwest Third Street, was arrested Nov. 14 by OCSO and charged with intentional child abuse and battery touch or strike. Bond was set at $3,250.

• Stevenson Kinder, 38, Stuart, was arrested Nov. 14 by OCSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of cocaine and driving without a license. Bond was set at $25,500.

• Clayton Jones, 38, State Road 78 East, was arrested Nov. 15 by OCSO and charged with DUI third or subsequent offense and carrying a concealed firearm. Bond was set at $7,500.

• Jessica Julian, 29, Northeast 11th Lane, was arrested Nov. 15 by OCSO and charged with DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Juan Carlos Sanchez Munoz, 37, Northeast Eighth Avenue, was arrested Nov. 15 by OPD and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Deanna Tindall, 18, Northwest 30th Street, was arrested Nov. 15 by OCSO and charged with unarmed burglary of an occupied dwelling, grand theft auto, fraudulent use of a credit card and petit theft. Bond was set at $21,000.

• Joseph Toneges, 19, Southeast 67th Way, was arrested Nov. 15 by OCSO and charged with felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Lane Ward, 17, Northeast 10th Drive, was arrested Nov. 15 by OCSO and charged with possession of cocaine and felony criminal mischief. He was transferred to the custody of the DOJJ.

• Clayton Jones, 38, East State Road 78, was arrested Nov. 15 by OCSO and charged with DUI after reportedly being found asleep behind the wheel in the middle of the road on Southeast 29th Street. He reportedly refused to give a breath sample for a Breathalyzer test. He was also charged with carrying a concealed firearm, because a Ruger .380 was reportedly found in his left front pocket. Bond was set at $7,500.

• Tanya Leigh Law, 35, Northeast Seventh Avenue, was arrested Nov. 16 by OPD and charged with uttering a forged document. Bond was set at $750.

• Catrina Edison, 29, Northeast 16th Avenue, was arrested Nov. 17 by ONTF and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and driving without a license. Bond was set at $5,500.

• Johntaurus Johnson, 19, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 18 by OCSO and charged with introducing contraband into a detention facility. Bond was set at $2,500.

• Lillias Major, 57, Southeast 28th Street, was arrested Nov. 18 by ONTF and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription two counts possession with intent to sell, neglect of elderly or disabled adults without great bodily harm and possession of drug paraphernalia.. Bond was set at $33.500.

• Cheyenne Tyson, 16, Northwest 53rd Terrace, was arrested Nov. 18 by OCSO and charged with battery on medical staff. She was transferred to the custody of the DOJJ.
