New directors are elected to Board of Pace Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee

NAPLES — The Board of Directors of Pace Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee has elected two new directors, reports Marianne Kearns, Executive Director of the Pace Center in Immokalee.

The new directors are Barrett Farmer, Owner of Barrett Farmer Consulting and VP of Corporate Giving at WHIP Fundraising, along with Melissa Speach, Director of Lifestyle & Member Services at The Players Club & Spa and Director of Concierge Services at Stock Development. They join Claudine Leger-Wetzel, Board Chair; Kaleigh Grover, Pat Patterson, James Price, Erin Otterbeck, Ana Maria Senica, Jackie Nelson, Kristin Cartwright, Vicki Tracy, Amber Phillips, and Ashley Santiago.

“Our board members are integral to helping guide Pace in delivering on our mission of providing girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training, and advocacy,” says Marianne Kearns. “They are committed to our vision that each girl will find her voice, achieve her potential, and celebrate a life defined by responsibility, dignity, serenity, and grace.”

Pace Collier has served more than 2,000 girls, since opening in 1998.

Pace Center for Girls, Inc. is a non-residential juvenile delinquency prevention and intervention program targeting the unique needs of girls, ages 12 to 18, who face challenges such as physical and sexual abuse, neglect, family history of incarceration, declining grades, and more.
