The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC) during the period from May 3 to May 9.

• Zachary Shaquille Blackstock, 22, Moore Haven was arrested on May 3, 1 by Deputy K. Rosado on charges of felony probation violation.

• Cleston Bobby Jackson, 32, Clewiston was arrested on May 4 by Sgt. R. Krasinskas on charges of tampering with evidence and resisting arrest without violence.

• Larance Deangello Humphrey, 29, Tallahassee was arrested on May 5 by Deputy G. Hull on charges of tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact of first degree murder.

• Jasiel Marmol, 31, Clewiston was arrested on May 5 by Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of resisting officer without violence and aggravated battery.

• Nicholas Javier Ortega, 22, LaBelle was arrested on May 6,  by Deputy A. Champagne on charges of Battery (abuse on elderly or disabled adult) without great bodily harm.

• Anthony James Davis, 19, LaBelle was arrested on May 7,  by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine.

• Benjamin Nieves, 21, LaBelle was arrested on May 7, by Deputy E. Vasquez on charges of tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine.

• Dylan Sean Vary, 19, Clewiston was arrested on May 7,  by Deputy R. Bone on two counts of felony violation of probation.

• Quiony Esteferson Santana Wilson, 26, Clewiston was arrested on May 7, by Deputy M. Aguirre on charges of felony battery.

• Lane Tyler Graham, 24, Clewiston was arrested on May 7  by Deputy K. Rosado on charges of Felony Violation of Probation

• Jose Francisco Rivera, 38, Clewiston was arrested on May 8,  by arrested by Deputy S. George on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked – 3rd of subsequent violation.

• Michael Dean Vahle, 38, LaBelle, was arrested on May 8,  by Deputy S. Bustamante on charges of 3 counts possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of drug equipment and possession of marijuana u/20 grams.

• Nelson Aviles, 26, Clewiston was arrested on May 8, by Sgt. A. Hudson on charges of felony probation violation and resisting without violence.

• Rosendo Canales, III, 21, Lehigh Acres was arrested on May 8,  by D/S R. Colon on charges of carry concealed weapon without permit, attached tag not assigned and failure to register motor vehicle.
