The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.
• Antonisha Wint, 26, N.W. Eighth Ave., Belle Glade, was arrested May 6 by PBSO and charged with petit theft, two counts drug possession of a controlled substance without prescription, and possession of harmful new legend drug without prescription. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Sylestine Singleton, 27, W. Ave. A, Belle Glade, was arrested May 8 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery with deadly weapon, Bond was set at $8,000.
• Latonya Canty, 41, W. Ave. A, Belle Glade, was arrested May 8 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Shaquille Barber, 27, N.W. Eighth Ave., South Bay, was arrested May 3 by PBSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery, battery - commit domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated battery - offender knew/should have known victim pregnant, aggravated stalking and battery - touch or strike. Bond was set at $25,000.
• Zeran Engram, 24, Joe Louis Ave., Pahokee, was arrested May 4 by PBSO and charged with carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, weapon offense. Bond was not set.
• Dorothy Wesley, 39, Sabal Court, Pahokee, was arrested May 6 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender. Bond has not been set.
• Alex Ward, 26, E. Jordan Blvd., Pahokee, was arrested May 7 by PBSO and charged with driving while licenses suspended habitual offender. Bond has not been set.
• Mickey Jackson, 34, E. Seventh St., Pahokee, was arrested May 9 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender. Bond has not been set.
